This system is used to document requests for reasonable accommodation(s) (regardless of type of accommodation) and the outcome of such requests for employees of Washington Headquarters Services/Human Resources Directorate serviced components with known physical and mental impairments and applicants for employment with Washington Headquarters Services/Human Resources Directorate serviced components.

Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Regulatory Secretariat Division (MVCB) will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement concerning pre-solicitation notice and response.

The Defense Health Agency proposes to alter an existing system of records, EDHA 24, entitled ``Defense and Veterans Eye Injury and Vision Registry (DVEIVR)'' in its inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. This system longitudinally collects and analyzes diagnoses, medical and surgical interventions, other treatments, and the results of eye injuries and/or visual dysfunctions/disorders incurred by members of the Armed Forces while serving on active duty; longitudinally collects from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) medical and rehabilitation treatment, surgical procedure, and/or outcome information about individuals who receive treatment from the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) and are listed in the DVEIVR to support readiness, enhance best practices, guide research, and inform policy; encourages and facilitates studies, and the development of best practices and clinical education, on eye injuries and/or visual dysfunctions/disorders incurred by members of the Armed Forces; supports collaborative DoD and VA programs that may provide vision screening, diagnosis, and rehabilitative management to those with eye injuries and/or visual dysfunctions/disorders, and guides vision research, at DoD medical treatment facilities and VA medical centers; and is a management tool for statistical analysis, longitudinal data collection, reporting, evaluating program effectiveness, guiding research, and informing policy.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers published a document in the Federal Register on April 10, 1997 (62 FR 17550) amending its regulations to modify an existing danger zone in the waters of Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts. That document inadvertently did not include the proposed rule text that would prohibit entry into a portion of the danger zone. This document corrects the final rule by incorporating the intended prohibition of entry by persons or vessels into the designated area of the danger zone into Sec. 334.70(a)(2).

On Thursday, July 31, 2014 (79 FR 44426), the Department of Defense published a correction to a notice titled Department of Defense (DoD) Civilian Physicians and Dentists Clinical Specialties and Tables, which published in the Federal Register on Friday, July 25, 2014 (79 FR 43445- 43446). Subsequent to the publication of the correction notice, the Department of Defense realized that there was one other correction that needed to be made that was not included in the correction of Thursday, July 31, 2014. The Department of the Army and Fort Bliss announce the decision to proceed with the Preferred Alternative identified in the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Implementation of Energy, Water, and Solid Waste Sustainability Initiatives, which allows Fort Bliss to implement Net Zero initiatives, comply with federal and Army energy mandates, and meet the Army's energy and water security objectives. The Record of Decision (ROD) explains the potential environmental and socioeconomic impacts associated with the proposed action, which consists of multiple, related, and interconnected projects with the goal of conserving energy and water, and reducing waste production. The selected alternative provides the proper balance of initiatives for the protection of environmental and mission- essential actions. The ROD also identifies mitigation that will reduce or eliminate adverse impacts.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has issued an Engineer Circular to provide guidance related to how USACE will process requests by others to alter a USACE civil works project. This notice announces the availability of that guidance.

DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to establish a uniform line item identification structure in Federal procurement. The system is designed to improve the accuracy, traceability, and usability of procurement data.

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to clarify and relocate coverage relating to state sponsors of terrorism (as identified by the Department of State), add an explicit representation, and conform the terminology.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District (as the lead agency) and the Federal Highway Administration and Fish and Wildlife Service (as cooperating agencies) intend to prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) to assess the likely social, economic and environmental effects of the proposed construction of a mixed use industrial, commercial and residential development with the potential to impact Waters of the United States near Hardeeville in Jasper County, South Carolina. Associated with this development will be the possible construction of a new interchange on I-95, in the vicinity of the mile marker 3 in South Carolina. The DEIS will assess potential effects of a range of alternatives.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Wilmington District, Wilmington Regulatory Field Office has received a request for Department of the Army authorization, pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbor Act, from the Village of Bald Head Island (VBHI) to develop and implement a shoreline protection plan that includes the installation of a terminal groin structure on the east side of the Wilmington Harbor Baldhead Shoal Entrance Channel (a federally-maintained navigation channel of the Cape Fear River) at the ``Point'' of Bald Head Island. The structure will be designed to function in concert with Federal beach disposal operations associated with the Wilmington Harbor navigation project.
