Department of Defense March 3, 2010 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection (d) of section 10 of Public Law 92-463, as amended by section 5 of Public Law 94-409, notice is hereby given that the Defense Intelligence Agency Advisory Board, will meet on March 22 and 23, 2010. The meeting is closed to the public.

Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), the Regulatory Secretariat will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement concerning summary subcontract report. A request for public comments published in the Federal Register at 73 FR 21779, on April 22, 2008. No comments were received.

Under the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (5 U.S.C., Appendix, as amended), the Government in the Sunshine Act of 1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended), and 41 CFR 102-3.150, the Department of Defense announces that the Federal advisory committee meeting of the Advisory Panel on Department of Defense Capabilities for Support of Civil Authorities after Certain Incidents (hereinafter referred to as the Advisory Panel) will take place on March 17 and 18, 2010. Subject to the availability of space, the meeting is open to the public.
