National Institute of Standards and Technology August 28, 2018 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

Currently, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) publishes notices of prospective exclusive, co-exclusive or partially exclusive domestic or foreign licenses of Government owned inventions in the Federal Register. NIST is announcing that it will begin publishing such notices at FEDBIZOPPS.GOV (https://www.fbo.gov/), providing opportunity for filing written objections within at least a 15-day period.
