Circular Welded Non-Alloy Steel Pipe From the Republic of Korea; Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods From the Republic of Korea; Welded Line Pipe From the Republic of Korea; and Large Diameter Welded Pipe From the Republic of Korea: Notice of Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Reviews
On October 17, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the preliminary results of changed circumstances reviews (CCRs) of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe (CWP), certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG), welded line pipe (WLP), and large diameter welded pipe (LDWP) from the Republic of Korea (Korea). For these final results, Commerce continues to find that Hyundai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (HSP) is the successor-in- interest to Hyundai Steel Company (Hyundai Steel), and that HSP is entitled to the AD cash deposit rates determined for Hyundai Steel with respect to entries of the subject merchandise in the above-referenced proceedings.
Notice of Scope Ruling Applications Filed in Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Proceedings
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received scope ruling applications, requesting that scope inquiries be conducted to determine whether identified products are covered by the scope of antidumping duty (AD) and/or countervailing duty (CVD) orders and that Commerce issue scope rulings pursuant to those inquiries. Agreement Suspending the Antidumping Duty Investigation on Lemon Juice From Argentina; Preliminary Results of 2022-2023 Administrative Review
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that the respondents selected for individual examination, Argenti Lemon S.A. (Argenti Lemon), Citromax S.A.C.I (Citromax), and SA San Miguel A.G.I.C.I. y F (San Miguel), complied with the 2016 Agreement Suspending the Antidumping Duty Investigation on Lemon Juice from Argentina (2016 Agreement), for the period of review (POR) October 1, 2022, through September 31, 2023. Commerce also preliminarily determines that the 2016 Agreement met the statutory requirements under sections 734(c) and (d) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act) during the POR.
