Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From India: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2022-2023
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from India is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) February 1, 2022, through January 31, 2023.
Prestressed Concrete Steel Wire Strand From Malaysia: Preliminary Results and Preliminary Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2022-2023
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from Malaysia for the period of review (POR) June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023. Commerce preliminarily finds that PC Strand from Malaysia was sold in the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the POR. We are also preliminarily rescinding the review with respect to one company that had no entries of the subject merchandise during the POR. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
Utility Scale Wind Towers From Malaysia: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2021-2022
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that utility scale wind towers (wind towers) from Malaysia were sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), October 13, 2021, through November 30, 2022.
Notice of Scope Ruling Applications Filed in Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Proceedings
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received scope ruling applications, requesting that scope inquiries be conducted to determine whether identified products are covered by the scope of antidumping duty (AD) and/or countervailing duty (CVD) orders and that Commerce issue scope rulings pursuant to those inquiries. In accordance with Commerce's regulations, we are notifying the public of the filing of the scope ruling applications listed below in the month of May 2024.
