The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies were provided to producers and/or exporters of certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires (OTR tires) from India, during the period of review (POR) January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that Kumho P&B Chemicals, Inc. (KPB) and LG Chem, Ltd. (LG Chem), did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) March 1, 2021, through February 28, 2022. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) have determined that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on ammonium sulfate from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping, net countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States. Therefore, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders.

As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) orders on biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the levels indicated in the ``Final Results of Sunset Review'' section of this notice.
