Additionally, Commerce preliminarily determines that the sole producer/exporter that remains subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) September 1, 2020, through August 31, 2021. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
