Initiation of Five-Year (Sunset) Reviews
In accordance with the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is automatically initiating the five-year reviews (Sunset Reviews) of the antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) order(s) and suspended investigation(s) listed below. The International Trade Commission (ITC) is publishing concurrently with this notice its notice of Institution of Five-Year Reviews which covers the same order(s) and suspended investigation(s).
Certain Cut-to-Length Carbon-Quality Steel Plate From the Republic of Korea: Final Results, and Rescission, in Part, of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2020
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that countervailable subsidies are not being provided to certain producers and exporters of certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from the Republic of Korea (Korea). The period of review (POR) is January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020.
Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes From the Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2020-2021
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding this administrative review with respect to one company for which the request for review was timely withdrawn. Additionally, Commerce preliminarily determines that the sole producer/exporter that remains subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) September 1, 2020, through August 31, 2021. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Finished Carbon Steel Flanges From India: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Review of the Countervailing Duty Order
As a result of this expedited sunset review, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the countervailing duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the levels as indicated in the ``Final Results of Sunset Review'' section of this notice.
Prestressed Concrete Steel Wire Strand From the Republic of Turkey: Preliminary Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2020-2022
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that the sole producer/exporter subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than fair value (LTFV) during the period of review (POR) September 30, 2020, through January 31, 2022. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
