The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of common alloy aluminum sheet (aluminum sheet), from the People's Republic of China (China) during the period of review (POR) April 23, 2018, through December 31, 2019.
Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells, Whether or Not Assembled Into Modules, From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, Partial Rescission of Antidumping Administrative Review, and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that, with the exception of the three companies with no shipments, the companies under review sold subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), December 1, 2019, through November 30, 2020. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this review with respect to three companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
