In addition, Commerce determines that certain companies had no shipments during the POR and that Arte Mundi (Shanghai) Aesthetic Home Furnishings Co., Ltd. (Arte Mundi) is the successor-in-interest to Scholar Home (Shanghai) New Material Co., Ltd. (Scholar Home).
