Seamless Carbon and Alloy Steel Standard, Line and Pressure Pipe From the People's Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping Duty and Countervailing Duty Orders
As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line and pressure pipe (SSLP) from the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the AD and CVD orders.
Carbon and Certain Alloy Steel Wire Rod From Mexico: Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2018-2019
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is amending the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod (wire rod) from Mexico to correct a ministerial error. The period of review (POR) is October 1, 2018, through September 30, 2019.
