Floor-Standing, Metal-Top Ironing Tables and Certain Parts Thereof From the People's Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order
As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on floor-standing, metal- top ironing tables and certain parts thereof (ironing tables) from the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the antidumping duty order.
Drawn Stainless Steel Sinks From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2020-2021
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain companies made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value. The period of review (POR) is April 1, 2020, through March 31, 2021. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this review with respect to multiple companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Export Trade Certificate of Review
The Secretary of Commerce, through the Office of Trade and Economic Analysis (``OTEA'') of the International Trade Administration, received an application for an amended Export Trade Certificate of Review (``Certificate''). This notice summarizes the proposed amendment and requests comments relevant to whether the Certificate should be issued. A previous notice was published for this application on July 8, 2021; this notice corrects the name of a proposed new Member, Bear Nut Republic, to Bear Republic Nut.
