Initiation of Five-Year (Sunset) Reviews
In accordance with the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), the Department of Commerce (Commerce) is automatically initiating the five-year reviews (Sunset Reviews) of the antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) order(s) and suspended investigation(s) listed below. The International Trade Commission (ITC) is publishing concurrently with this notice its notice of Institution of Five-Year Reviews which covers the same order(s) and suspended investigation(s).
Light-Walled Rectangular Pipe and Tube From Turkey: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that there were no suspended entries of merchandise subject to the antidumping duty (AD) order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube (LWRPT) from Turkey during the period May 1, 2019, through April 30, 2020 from any of the companies under review.
Polyethylene Terephthalate Film, Sheet, and Strip From India: Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review, Rescission in Part, and Intent To Rescind in Part; 2019
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to SRF Limited/SRF Limited of India (SRF), a producer and exporter of polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip (PET film) from India. The period of review is January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Strontium Chromate From France: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that Soci[eacute]t[eacute] Nouvelle des Couleurs Zinciques (SNCZ) made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) May 17, 2019, through October 31, 2020. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Diamond Sawblades and Parts Thereof From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that certain producers and/or exporters made sales of diamond sawblades and parts thereof (diamond sawblades) at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) November 1, 2019, through October 31, 2020. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
Polyethylene Terephthalate Film, Sheet, and Strip From Taiwan: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip (PET Film) from Taiwan. The period of review (POR) is July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020. This review covers the following producers and exporters from Taiwan, Nan Ya Plastics Corporation (Nan Ya), Shinkong Materials Technology Corporation (SMTC)/Shinkong Synthetic Fibers Corporation (SSFC). Commerce preliminarily determines that sales of subject merchandise have not been made below normal value (NV) by Nan Ya during the POR. In addition, we preliminarily find that SMTC/SSFC had no shipments during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes From Mexico: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2018-2019
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that the producers/exporters subject to this administrative review did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) September 1, 2018, through August 31, 2019.
