Lightweight Thermal Paper From the People's Republic of China: Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the 2019- 2020 antidumping duty (AD) administrative review of lightweight thermal paper (LWTP) from the People's Republic of China (China) based on a timely request for withdrawal. The period of review (POR) is November 1, 2019, through October 31, 2020.
Boltless Steel Shelving Units Prepackaged for Sale From the People's Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order and Countervailing Duty Order
As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale from the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the AD and CVD orders.
President's Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa
The Department of Commerce is currently seeking applications for membership on the 2021-2023 term of the President's Advisory Council (Advisory Council) on Doing Business in Africa. The purpose of the Advisory Council is to advise the President through the Secretary of Commerce on strengthening commercial engagement between the United States and Africa. This term, the Secretary is particularly interested in advice on advancing President Biden's strategy for Africa.
