The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is amending the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from Belgium to correct a ministerial error.

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that the certain companies under review sold subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), December 1, 2018, through November 30, 2019 and that certain other companies under review did not ship subject merchandise to the United States during the POR. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this review with respect to three companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
