Chlorinated Isocyanurates from Spain: Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review: 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on chlorinated isocyanurates from Spain for the period of review (POR) June 1, 2019, through May 31, 2020, based on the timely withdrawal of the request for review.
Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bars From Mexico and Turkey: Continuation of Antidumping Duty and Countervailing Duty Orders
As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on steel concrete reinforcing bars (rebar) from Mexico and revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on rebar from Turkey would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders.
Glycine From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on glycine from the People's Republic of China (China), covering the period March 1, 2019 through February 29, 2020. Commerce preliminarily determines that Studio Disrupt, Mulji Mehta Enterprises (Mulji Mehta), Kumar Industries (Kumar), and Baoding Mantong Fine Chemistry Co., Ltd. (Baoding Mantong) did not have shipments of subject merchandise during the period of review (POR). Additionally, Commerce preliminarily finds Avid Organics Private Limited (Avid) to be part of the China-wide entity. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
Finished Carbon Steel Flanges From Spain: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2018-2019
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that producers or exporters of finished carbon steel flanges (flanges) from Spain subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) June 1, 2018 through May 31, 2019. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
