The Department of Commerce (Commerce) has received requests to conduct administrative reviews of various antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders and findings with August anniversary dates. In accordance with Commerce's regulations, we are initiating those administrative reviews.

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (ultra-high polyethylene) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The period of investigation is January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.

(collectively, Erdemir Group) had no shipments of certain hot-rolled steel flat products (hot-rolled steel) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) to the United States during the period of review (POR), October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018. Additionally, Commerce continues to determine that certain non-examined producers and exporters made sales of hot-rolled steel to the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the POR.
