The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from the Philippines for the period of review (POR) February 1, 2019, through January 31, 2020.
Forged Steel Fittings From India: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, Postponement of Final Determination, and Extension of Provisional Measures
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that forged steel fittings (FSF) from India are being sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
