Chlorinated Isocyanurates From the People's Republic of China: Continuation of Countervailing Duty Order
As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the countervailing duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates (chlorinated isos) from the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the countervailing duty order.

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that the revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Ukraine would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the ``Final Results of Review'' section of this notice.
Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2017-2018
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that all companies subject to this administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products (hot-rolled steel) from the People's Republic of China (China) are part of the China-wide entity because none filed a separate rate application (SRA) or separate rate certification (SRC). The period of review (POR) is November 1, 2017 through October 31, 2018.
