The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is partially rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain hot- rolled steel flat products (hot-rolled steel) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) for the period October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019.
Certain Steel Nails From Taiwan: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2018-2019
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain steel nails from Taiwan were sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Small Diameter Graphite Electrodes From the People's Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order
As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on small diameter graphite electrodes (SDGEs) from the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the AD order.
Carbon and Certain Alloy Steel Wire Rod From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Expedited First Five-Year Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order
As a result of this sunset review, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod (wire rod) from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the ``Final Results of Review'' section of this notice.
Lightweight Thermal Paper From the People's Republic of China: Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review: 2018
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain lightweight thermal paper (thermal paper) from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period of review (POR) January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018, based on the timely withdrawal of the requests for review.
