Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2018-2019
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that exporters of certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from the People's Republic of China (China) sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR) February 1, 2018 through January 31, 2019. We invite all interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
Circular Welded Carbon Steel Standard Pipe and Tube Products From Turkey: Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2017-2018
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is amending its final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products (pipes and tubes) from Turkey. The period of review (POR) is May 1, 2017 through April 30, 2018. The amended final weighted-average dumping margins are listed below in the section entitled ``Amended Final Results.''
Certain Cold-Drawn Mechanical Tubing of Carbon and Alloy Steel From India: Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review, 2017-2018
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Goodluck India Limited (Goodluck) and Tube Investments of India Ltd. (TII) received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR), September 25, 2017 through December 31, 2018. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
