Uncovered Innerspring Units From the People's Republic of China, South Africa, and Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Orders
As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on uncovered innerspring units (innersprings) from the People's Republic of China (China), South Africa, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam), would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the antidumping duty orders.
Certain Magnesia Carbon Bricks From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2017-2018
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines to rescind this administrative review, as there is no evidence of any reviewable entries, shipments, or sales of certain magnesia carbon bricks (magnesia carbon bricks) from the People's Republic of China (China) to the United States during the September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2018 period of review (POR) by the companies subject to this review. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
