Certain Hot-Rolled Flat-Rolled Carbon-Quality Steel Products From the Russian Federation: Preliminary No Shipments Determination of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2017-2018
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain hot- rolled flat-rolled carbon-quality steel products (hot-rolled steel) from the Russian Federation. The period of review (POR) is December 1, 2017 through November 30, 2018. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) has received requests to conduct administrative reviews of various antidumping and countervailing duty orders and findings with August anniversary dates. In accordance with Commerce's regulations, we are initiating those administrative reviews.
Export Trade Certificate of Review
The Office of Trade and Economic Analysis (``OTEA'') of the International Trade Administration, Department of Commerce, received an application for an amended Export Trade Certificate of Review (``Certificate''). This notice summarizes the proposed application and requests comments relevant to whether the Certificate should be issued.
