Circular Welded Austenitic Stainless Pressure Pipe From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Expedited Second Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty order on circular welded austenitic stainless pressure pipe (WSPP) from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, at the level indicated in the ``Final Results of Sunset Review'' section of this notice.
Welded Stainless Steel Pressure Pipe From Malaysia, Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Final Results of Expedited First Sunset Reviews of Antidumping Duty Orders
As a result of these sunset reviews, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on welded stainless steel pressure pipe (WSSPP) from Malaysia, Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, at the levels identified in the ``Final Results of Sunset Reviews'' section of this notice.
Circular Welded Carbon Quality Steel Line Pipe From the People's Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order and Countervailing Duty Order
As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order and countervailing duty (CVD) order on circular welded carbon quality steel line pipe (welded line pipe) from the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the AD order and the CVD order.
Fine Denier Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) From the Republic of Korea: Notice of Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review
On August 23, 2019, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the initiation and preliminary results of the changed circumstances review (CCR) of the antidumping duty (AD) order on fine denier polyester staple fiber (PSF) from the Republic of Korea (Korea). For these final results, Commerce continues to find that Toray Advanced Materials Korea, Inc. (TAK) is the successor-in-interest to Toray Chemical Korea, Inc. (TCK).

Uncovered Innerspring Units From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2018-2019
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that the two companies subject to this administrative review are part of the China-wide entity because neither filed a separate rate application (SRA). The period of review (POR) is February 1, 2018 through January 31, 2019. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) continues to find that Banduoo Ltd. (Banduoo), Fujian Rongshu Industry Co., Ltd. (Fujian Rongshu), Roung Shu Industry Corporation (Roung Shu), and Xiamen Yi-He Textile Co., Ltd. (Xiamen Yi-He) made no shipments of subject merchandise during the period of review (POR) of September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2018.
