Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From India: Notice of Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review
On August 12, 2019, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the preliminary results of the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from India. For these final results, Commerce continues to find that Sunrise Seafoods India Private Limited (SSIPL) is the successor-in-interest to Sunrise Aqua Food Exports (SAFE).
Dried Tart Cherries From the Republic of Turkey: Preliminary Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of dried tart cherries (cherries) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey). The period of investigation is January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
Hardwood Plywood Products From the People's Republic of China: Rescission of Antidumping Duty New Shipper Review; 2019
The Department of Commerce is rescinding the new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on hardwood plywood products from the People's Republic of China for the period January 1, 2019, through June 30, 2019, based on the timely withdrawal of the request for review.
Dried Tart Cherries From the Republic of Turkey: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that dried tart cherries (cherries) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is April 1, 2018 through March 31, 2019. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
