Chlorinated Isocyanurates From Spain: Preliminary No Shipments Determination of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2018-2019
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates (chlorinated isos) from Spain for the period of review (POR) June 1, 2018 through May 31, 2019. The review covers one producer/exporter of the subject merchandise, Ercros S.A. (Ercros). We preliminarily determine that Ercros had no shipments of subject merchandise during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

Oil Country Tubular Goods From Ukraine: Preliminary Results of the First Five-Year Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order
On June 4, 2019, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) initiated the first sunset review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Ukraine. Commerce determined that it was appropriate to conduct a full review. Commerce preliminarily finds that revocation of this AD order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the ``Preliminary Results of Review'' section of this notice.
Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From India: Notice of Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review
On August 12, 2019, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the preliminary results of the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from India. For these final results, Commerce continues to find that Sunrise Seafoods India Private Limited (SSIPL) is the successor-in-interest to Sunrise Aqua Food Exports (SAFE).

Certain Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Products From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Notice of Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
On July 25, 2019, the United States Court of International Trade (the Court) issued its final judgement sustaining the remand redetermination pertaining to the antidumping duty (AD) administrative review of certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products (solar products), from the People's Republic of China (China) covering the period July 31, 2014 through January 31, 2016. The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is notifying the public that the final judgment in this case is not in harmony with Commerce's final results in the 2014- 2016 AD administrative review of solar products from China and that Commerce is amending the final results with respect to AD margins assigned, as detailed below.

Fresh Tomatoes From Mexico: Suspension of Antidumping Duty Investigation
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) has suspended the antidumping duty (AD) investigation on fresh tomatoes from Mexico. The basis for this action is an agreement between Commerce and signatory producers/exporters accounting for substantially all imports of fresh tomatoes from Mexico that eliminates completely the injurious effects of exports of the subject merchandise to the United States.

Commerce has adopted the revised scope exclusion language in these final results.
