The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip (PET film) from India. The period of review (POR) is January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. We preliminarily determine that Jindal Poly Films Ltd. (Jindal) and SRF Limited (SRF) received countervailable subsidies during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Ceramic Tile From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination, Preliminary Negative Critical Circumstances Determination, and Alignment of Final Determination With Final Antidumping Duty Determination
