Steel Wire Garment Hangers From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; Continuation of Countervailing Duty Order
As a result of determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the International Trade Administration (ITC) that revocation of the countervailing duty order on steel wire garment hangers (hangers) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of the continuation of the countervailing duty (CVD) order.
Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells, Whether or Not Assembled Into Modules, From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Changed Circumstances Reviews, and Consideration of Revocation of the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders, in Part
On April 17, 2018, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) received a request for revocation, in part, of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from the People's Republic of China (China) (the Orders) with respect to certain off-grid solar panels. Because producers accounting for substantially all of the domestic production of certain off-grid solar panels lack interest in the relief provided by the Orders, we intend to revoke, in part, the Orders with respect to these products. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
