Seamless Refined Copper Pipe and Tube From Mexico: Final Results of Antidumping Duty New Shipper Review
On April 27, 2012, the Department of Commerce (``Department'') published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of the new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on seamless refined copper tube and pipe from Mexico.\1\ This review covers one producer and exporter, GD Affiliates S. de R.L. de C.V. (Golden Dragon).\2\ We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the Preliminary Results and, based upon our analysis of the comments, we have made changes to the margin calculation for the final results of this new shipper review. Golden Dragon's final weighted-average dumping margin is listed below in the ``Final Results of Review'' section of this notice. The period of review (``POR'') is November 22, 2010, through April 30, 2011.
Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews and Request for Revocation in Part
The Department of Commerce (``the Department'') has received requests to conduct administrative reviews of various antidumping and countervailing duty orders and findings with August anniversary dates. In accordance with the Department's regulations, we are initiating those administrative reviews. The Department also received a request to revoke one antidumping duty order in part.
