High Pressure Steel Cylinders From the People's Republic of China: Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination
The Department of Commerce (the Department) determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of high pressure steel cylinders (steel cylinders) from the People's Republic of China (the PRC). For information on the estimated subsidy rates, see the ``Suspension of Liquidation'' section, below.
High Pressure Steel Cylinders From the People's Republic of China: Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value
On December 15, 2011, the Department of Commerce (``Department'') published the Preliminary Determination of sales at less than fair value (``LTFV'') in the antidumping investigation of high pressure steel cylinders from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'').\1\ The period of investigation (``POI'') is October 1, 2010, through March 31, 2011. Based on its analysis of the comments received, the Department has made changes to its Preliminary Determination. The Department continues to find that high pressure steel cylinders from the PRC are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at LTFV, as provided in section 735 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (``Act''). The estimated margins of sales at LTFV are shown in the ``Final Determination Margins'' section of this notice.
