Certain New Pneumatic Off-the-Road Tires From the People's Republic of China: Initiation of New Shipper Review
The Department of Commerce (the ``Department'') has determined that a request for a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires (``tires'') from the People's Republic of China (``PRC''), received on March 30, 2012, meets the statutory and regulatory requirements for initiation. The period of review (``POR'') of this new shipper review is September 1, 2011, through February 29, 2012.
Frontseating Service Valves From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of the 2010-2011 Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
In response to requests from interested parties, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on frontseating service valves (``FSVs'') from the People's Republic of China (``PRC''), covering the period April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011. We have preliminarily determined that neither respondent in this administrative review, Zhejiang DunAn Hetian Metal Co., Ltd. (``DunAn'') or Zhejiang Sanhua Co., Ltd. (``Sanhua'') made sales in the United States at prices below normal value (``NV'') during the period of review (``POR''). We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results. Parties who submit comments are requested to submit with each argument a summary of the argument. We intend to issue the final results no later than 120 days from the date of publication of this notice, pursuant to section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (``the Act'').
Certain Activated Carbon From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of the Fourth Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, and Intent To Rescind in Part
The Department of Commerce (``Department'') is conducting the fourth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain activated carbon from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') for the period April 1, 2010, through March 31, 2011. The Department has preliminarily determined that sales have been made below normal value (``NV'') by certain respondents examined in this administrative review. If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of this review, the Department will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (``CBP'') to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise during the period of review.
