Ball Bearings and Parts Thereof From Germany: Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review Pursuant to a Court Decision
On July 7, 2010, the United States Court of International Trade (CIT) sustained the Department of Commerce's (the Department) results of redetermination on remand concerning the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on ball bearings and parts thereof from Germany. See SKF USA Inc. v. United States, Slip Op. 10-76 (CIT 2010). The Department is amending the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on ball bearings and parts thereof from Germany covering the period of review May 1, 2006, through April 30, 2007, to reflect the CIT's order.

Chlorinated Isocyanurates From Spain and the People's Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order
As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') and the International Trade Commission (``ITC'') that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on chlorinated isocyanurates (``chlorinated isos'') from Spain and the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and of material injury to an industry in the United States, respectively, the Department is publishing notice of the continuation of these antidumping duty orders.
