Polyethylene Retail Carrier Bags From Thailand: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
In response to requests from interested parties, the Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags (PRCBs) from Thailand. The review covers five exporters/producers. The period of review (POR) is August 1, 2008, through July 31, 2009. We have preliminarily determined that sales have been made below normal value by companies subject to this review.
Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From Brazil, India, the People's Republic of China, Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Notice of Amended Final Determinations of Sales at Less Than Fair Value Pursuant to Court Decision
On April 14, 2010, the United States Court of International Trade (``CIT'') sustained the remand redetermination \1\ issued by the Department of Commerce (``Department'') pursuant to the CIT's remand order involving the antidumping duty investigations of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Brazil, Ecuador, India, the People's Republic of China, Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.\2\ In Ad Hoc IV, the CIT sustained the Department's finding that dusted shrimp should be included within the scope of these investigations. The Department is therefore now issuing amended final determinations that include dusted shrimp within the scope of the investigations.
