Narrow Woven Ribbons With Woven Selvedge From the People's Republic of China: Countervailing Duty Order
Based on affirmative final determinations by the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') and the International Trade Commission (``ITC''), the Department is issuing a countervailing duty order on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge (``narrow woven ribbons'') from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'').
Narrow Woven Ribbons With Woven Selvedge From Taiwan and the People's Republic of China: Antidumping Duty Orders
Based on affirmative final determinations by the Department of Commerce (the Department) and the International Trade Commission (the ITC), the Department is issuing antidumping duty orders on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge (narrow woven ribbons) from Taiwan and the People's Republic of China (PRC). On August 25, 2010, the ITC notified the Department of its affirmative determination of threat of material injury to a U.S. industry.
Initiation of Five-Year (“Sunset”) Review
In accordance with section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (``the Act''), the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') is automatically initiating a five-year review (``Sunset Review'') of the antidumping duty orders listed below. The International Trade Commission (``the Commission'') is publishing concurrently with this notice its notice of Institution of Five-Year Review which covers the same orders.
Ball Bearings and Parts Thereof From France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the United Kingdom: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Reviews, Final Results of Changed-Circumstances Review, and Revocation of an Order in Part
On April 28, 2010, the Department of Commerce published the preliminary results of the administrative reviews of the antidumping duty orders on ball bearings and parts thereof from France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the United Kingdom. The reviews cover 22 manufacturers/exporters. The period of review is May 1, 2008, through April 30, 2009.
Call for Applications for the International Buyer Program Calendar Year 2012
This notice sets forth objectives, procedures and application review criteria associated with support for domestic trade shows by the International Buyer Program (IBP) of the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC). This announcement covers selection for International Buyer Program participation for calendar year 2012 (January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012). The purpose of the IBP program is to bring international buyers together with U.S. firms by promoting leading U.S. trade shows in industries with high export potential.
