Drill Pipe From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Affirmative Determination of Critical Circumstances, and Postponement of Final Determination
The Department of Commerce (``Department'') preliminarily determines that drill pipe from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (``LTFV''), as provided in section 733 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (``Act''), for the period of investigation (``POI'') April 1, 2009, through September 30, 2009. The estimated margins of sales at LTFV are shown in the ``Preliminary Determination'' section of this notice. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.

Sorbitol From France: Notice of Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
On May 28, 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce (the Department) published a notice of initiation of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on sorbitol from France. The review covers one producer/exporter of sorbitol, Syral S.A.S. (Syral). Based on the withdrawal of the requests for review from Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) and Corn Products International (CP), domestic producers of sorbitol, we are now rescinding this administrative review in full.
Pure Magnesium In Granular Form from the People's Republic of China: Initiation of Changed Circumstances Review
The Department of Commerce (``Department'') has received information sufficient to warrant initiation of a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on pure magnesium in granular form from the People's Republic of China (``PRC''). Specifically, based upon a request filed by China Minmetals Non-ferrous Metals Co., Ltd. (``CMN''), the Department is initiating a changed circumstances review to determine whether CMN is the successor-in-interest to Minmetals Precious &Rare Minerals Import and Export/China National Nonferrous Metals Industry Trading Group Corp. (``Minmetals/CNNMIT''), a separate- rate respondent in the original investigation.
Certain Orange Juice From Brazil: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Notice of Intent Not To Revoke Antidumping Duty Order in Part
On April 13, 2010, the Department of Commerce published its preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain orange juice from Brazil. This review covers two producers/exporters of the subject merchandise to the United States. The period of review (POR) is March 1, 2008, through February 28, 2009.
