ITA requests that eligible organizations submit proposals (applications) for the fiscal year (FY) 2010 competition for Market Development Cooperator Program (MDCP) awards. On September 24, 2009, the Department of Commerce published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from the Republic of Korea and the intent to rescind the administrative review in part. The review covers three manufacturers/exporters. The period of review is February 1, 2008, through January 31, 2009. We have rescinded the review with respect to one company and we have made no changes for the final results of review. The final margins are listed below in the ``Final Results of the Review'' section of this notice.
