As stated in its January 23, 2007 Federal Register notice requesting public comment (72 FR 2860), the Department of Commerce (the Department) will hold a public hearing on its import monitoring program covering textile and apparel products from Vietnam. As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (Department) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty order on pure magnesium in granular form from the People's Republic of China (PRC) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, the Department is publishing notice of the continuation of this antidumping duty order.

The Department of Commerce (``the Department'') is conducting the nineteenth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished or unfinished (``TRBs''), from the People's Republic of China (``PRC''), covering the period June 1, 2005, through May 31, 2006. If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (``CBP'') to assess antidumping duties on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review (``POR'') for which the importer-specific assessment rates are above de minimis. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. We intend to issue the final results no later than 120 days from the date of publication of this notice.
Certain Preserved Mushrooms from the People's Republic of China: Extension of Preliminary Results for Tenth Antidumping Duty New Shipper Review
