Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review: Certain Welded Carbon Steel Standard Pipe from Turkey

On November 27, 2006, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') published in the Federal Register its preliminary results of administrative review of the countervailing duty (``CVD'') order on certain welded carbon steel standard pipe from Turkey for the period January 1, 2005, through December 31, 2005. See Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review: Certain Welded Carbon Steel Standard Pipe from Turkey, 71 FR 68550 (November 27, 2006) (``Pipe Preliminary Results''). The Department preliminarily found that the Borusan Group (``Borusan''), the producer/exporter of subject merchandise covered by this review, received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (``POR''). We did not receive any comments on our preliminary results and have made no revisions to those results.

As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (the Department) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty order on clad steel plate from Japan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, the Department is publishing notice of continuation of this antidumping duty order.
