We preliminarily determine that diamond sawblades and parts thereof (DSB) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV), as provided in section 733(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). In addition, we preliminarily determine that there is not a reasonable basis to believe or suspect that critical circumstances exist with respect to the subject merchandise exported from Korea. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination. Because we are postponing the final determination, we will make our final determination not later than 135 days after the date of publication of this preliminary determination in the Federal Register.

We preliminarily determine that diamond sawblades and parts thereof (``diamond sawblades'') from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (``LTFV''), as provided in section 733 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (``the Act''). The estimated margins of sales at LTFV are shown in the ``Preliminary Determination'' section of this notice.
United States Travel and Tourism Advisory Board; Meeting

The United States Travel and Tourism Advisory Board (``Board'') will hold a meeting to discuss topics related to the travel and tourism industry. The meeting will include discussion of the enhanced mandate of the Board, the international advertising and promotion campaign which seeks to encourage individuals to travel to the United States for the express purpose of engaging in tourism, and future issues and initiatives the Board may pursue. The meeting will be open to the public. Time will be permitted for public comment, which is limited to three minutes per speaker. To apply for public comment, please contact J.
