International Trade Administration July 15, 2005 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

On May 13, 2005, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published a notice of initiation and the preliminary results of its changed-circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from Romania in which it preliminarily determined that Mittal Steel Galati S.A. (Mittal Steel) is the successor-in-interest to S.C. Ispat Sidex S.A. (Sidex). We gave interested parties the opportunity to comment. We received no comments. Therefore, for these final results, the Department is adopting its preliminary determination that Mittal Steel is the successor-in-interest to Sidex.

The Department of Commerce, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burdens, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13 (44 U.S.C. 3506(C) (2) (A)).
