The Department of Commerce, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), invites the general public and other Federal agencies to comment on proposed, and continuing information collections, which helps us assess the impact of our information collection requirements and minimize the public's reporting burden. The purpose of this notice is to allow for 60 days of public comment preceding submission of the collection to OMB.
Taking of Threatened or Endangered Marine Mammals Incidental to Commercial Fishing Operations; Proposed Issuance of a Permit
NMFS is proposing to issue a permit to authorize the incidental, but not intentional, take of specific Endangered Species Act (ESA)-listed marine mammal species or stocks under the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA), in the Washington (WA)/Oregon (OR)/ California (CA) sablefish pot fishery.
Mattresses From India, Kosovo, Mexico, and Spain: Antidumping Duty Orders
Based on affirmative final determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), Commerce is issuing antidumping duty orders on mattresses from India, Kosovo, Mexico, and Spain.
Stainless Steel Bar From India: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2022-2023
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that producers/exporters of stainless steel bar (SS bar) subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR), February 1, 2022, through January 31, 2023. We further determine that a producer/exporter of SS bar from India did not make sales of subject merchandise below normal value during the POR.

Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
