The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is extending the comment period for the proposed rule, entitled ``Regulations to Improve Administration and Enforcement of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Laws,'' which published in the Federal Register on August 13, 2020, solely to allow parties the opportunity to submit rebuttal comments. During the extension period, parties may only submit rebuttals to comments that were submitted by other parties as of September 14, 2020. Additionally, Commerce will only be able to accept electronically submitted comments following the publication of this document in the Federal Register.

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain corrosion inhibitors (corrosion inhibitors) from the People's Republic of China (China) are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is July 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.

The Department of Commerce, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to comment on proposed, and continuing information collections, which helps us assess the impact of our information collection requirements and minimize the public's reporting burden. The purpose of this notice is to allow for 60 days of public comment on the proposed revision of the Annual Survey of Manufactures, prior to the submission of the information collection request (ICR) to OMB for approval.

The Economic Development Administration (EDA) has received petitions for certification of eligibility to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance from the firms listed below. Accordingly, EDA has initiated investigations to determine whether increased imports into the United States of articles like or directly competitive with those produced by each of the firms contributed importantly to the total or partial separation of the firms' workers, or threat thereof, and to a decrease in sales or production of each petitioning firm.
