NMFS is prohibiting directed fishing for Pacific cod by vessels using pot gear in the Central Regulatory Area of the Gulf of Alaska (GOA). This action is necessary to prevent exceeding the A season allowance of the 2018 Pacific cod total allowable catch apportioned to vessels using pot gear in the Central Regulatory Area of the GOA.

Russian Sanctions: Addition of Certain Entities to the Entity List

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) with this final rule amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by adding twenty-one entities to the Entity List. The twenty-one entities that are added to the Entity List have been determined by the U.S. Government to be acting contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States. BIS is taking this action to ensure the efficacy of existing sanctions on the Russian Federation (Russia) for violating international law and fueling the conflict in eastern Ukraine. These entities will be listed on the Entity List under the destinations of Georgia, Poland and Russia.

On December 1, 2017, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of the 2015- 2016 administrative review (AR) of the antidumping duty (AD) order on lightweight thermal paper (LWTP) from the People's Republic of China (China), covering the period of review (POR) November 1, 2015, through October 31, 2016. We received no comments or requests for a hearing. Therefore, we have made no changes for these final results and continue to find that none of the companies under review established eligibility for a separate rate status and, thus, are part of the China-wide entity.
