In response to a request from Nucor Corporation and SSAB Enterprises LLC (collectively ``Domestic Producers''), the Department of Commerce (``Department'') is initiating a circumvention inquiry, pursuant to section 781(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the ``Act''), to determine whether certain imports of certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate (``CTL plate'') are circumventing the antidumping duty order on CTL plate from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'').\1\
Whaling Provisions; Aboriginal Subsistence Whaling Quotas

NMFS notifies the public of the aboriginal subsistence whaling quota for bowhead whales that it has assigned to the Alaska Eskimo Whaling Commission (AEWC), and of limitations on the use of the quota deriving from regulations of the International Whaling Commission (IWC). For 2016, the quota is 75 bowhead whales struck. This quota and other applicable limitations govern the harvest of bowhead whales by members of the AEWC.
