Corrosion-Resistant Carbon Steel Flat Products From Germany and the Republic of Korea: Revocation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders
As a result of the determinations by the International Trade Commission (the ``ITC'') that revocation of the antidumping duty (``AD'') orders on corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products (``CORE'') from Germany and the Republic of Korea (``Korea'') and the countervailing duty (``CVD'') order on CORE from Korea would not be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States, the Department of Commerce (the ``Department'') is revoking these AD and CVD orders.
Fisheries of the Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico, and South Atlantic; 2013 Commercial Accountability Measure and Closure for Coastal Migratory Pelagic Resources of the Gulf of Mexico and South Atlantic
NMFS implements an accountability measure (AM) to close the hook-and-line component of the commercial sector for king mackerel in the southern Florida west coast subzone. This closure is necessary to protect the Gulf of Mexico (Gulf) king mackerel resource.
