In accordance with section 751(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.216(b), Ford Motor Company (Ford) filed a request for a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on non-malleable cast iron pipe fittings from the People's Republic of China (PRC) so that the order can be revoked with respect to a particular brake fluid tube connector (connector). The domestic industry has affirmatively expressed a lack of interest in the continuation of the order with respect to this product. In response to the request, the Department is initiating a changed circumstances review and issuing a notice of preliminary intent to revoke, in part, this order. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

On March 27, 2012, the Department of Commerce (``Department'') published the notice Drawn Stainless Steel Sinks from the People's Republic of China: Initiation of Countervailing Duty Investigation, 77 FR 18211 (March 27, 2012) (``Initiation Notice''). In the ``Scope of Investigation'' section of the Initiation Notice, the Department omitted a word and used an incomplete Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (``HTSUS'') number.
