First Administrative Review of Sodium Hexametaphosphate From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
On April 15, 2010, the Department of Commerce (``Department'') published the Preliminary Results of the first administrative review of the antidumping duty order on sodium hexametaphosphate (``sodium hex'') from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'').\1\ We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the Preliminary Results. Based upon our analysis of the comments and information received, we made changes to the margin calculation for the final results. We find that the sole participating respondent in this review, Hubei Xingfa Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (``Xingfa''), sold subject merchandise at less than normal value (``NV'') during the period of review (``POR''), September 14, 2007-February 28, 2009.
Circular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes From Thailand: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
On April 13, 2010, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (pipes and tubes) from Thailand. The review was requested by Allied Tube and Conduit Corporation (Allied Tube), by Wheatland Tube Company (Wheatland) (collectively, domestic interested parties or petitioners), and by Saha Thai Steel Pipe (Public) Company Ltd. (Saha Thai) (respondent). This review covers one producer/exporter of the subject merchandise, Saha Thai. The period of review (POR) is March 1, 2008 through February 28, 2009. Based on the results of verification and our analysis of the comments received, we have made changes to the preliminary results, which are discussed in the ``Changes Since the Preliminary Results'' section below. Certain Hot-Rolled Flat-Rolled Carbon-Quality Steel Products From Brazil: Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review
The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon-quality steel products (HRS) from Brazil for the period January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008. For information on the net subsidy for the company reviewed, see the ``Preliminary Results of Administrative Review'' section of this notice. Interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results of this administrative review. See the ``Disclosure and Public Comment'' section of this notice, below.
