Notice of Meeting; Siskiyou Resource Advisory Committee Meetings to Resume in January
The Siskiyou County Resource Advisory Committee (RAC) will hold its first meeting in 2011 on January 17th.
Madera County Resource Advisory Committee
The Madera County Resource Advisory Committee will be meeting in North Fork, California on January 19th and January 26th 2011, and if necessary on February 2nd 2011. The purpose of these meetings will be to approve submitted proposals for funding as authorized under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000 (Pub. L. 110-343) for expenditure of Payments to States Madera County Title II funds. The Madera County Resource Advisory Committee met on October 20th and on November 17th. The purposes of those meetings were to make decisions on how to accept and review project proposals for the next funding cycle.
Semiannual Regulatory Agenda, Fall 2010
This agenda provides summary descriptions of significant and not significant regulations being developed in agencies of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in conformance with Executive Order 12866 ``Regulatory Planning and Review.'' The agenda also describes regulations affecting small entities as required by section 602 of the Regulatory Flexibility Act, Public Law 96-354. This agenda also identifies regulatory actions that are being reviewed in compliance with section 610(c) of the Regulatory Flexibility Act. We invite public comment on those actions.
