Humboldt Resource Advisory Committee (RAC)
The Humboldt Resource Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet in Eureka, California. The committee meeting is authorized under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act (Pub. L. 110- 343) and in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The purpose of the meeting is to orientate new committee members to the Secure Rural Schools Act, guidelines for Title II, and Federal Advisory Committees Act and receive public comment on the meeting subjects and proceedings.
Notice of Request for Extension of Approval of an Information Collection; Blood and Tissue Collection at Slaughtering and Rendering Establishments
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice announces the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service's intention to request an extension of approval of an information collection associated with regulations for blood and tissue collection at slaughtering and rendering establishments to enhance animal disease surveillance.
Notice of Request for Extension and Revision of a Currently Approved Information Collection
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), this notice announces the Agricultural Marketing Service's (AMS) intention to request an extension and revision to a currently approved generic information collection for marketing orders covering fruit crops.
Raisins Produced From Grapes Grown in California; Final Free and Reserve Percentages for 2009-10 Crop Natural (Sun-Dried) Seedless Raisins
The Department of Agriculture (USDA) is adopting, as a final rule, without change, an interim rule that established final volume regulation percentages of 85 percent free and 15 percent reserve for the 2009-10 crop of Natural (sun-dried) Seedless (NS) raisins covered under the Federal marketing order for California raisins (order). The percentages are intended to help stabilize raisin supplies and prices, and strengthen market conditions.

Milk in the Northeast and Other Marketing Areas; Correction.
This document contains a correction to the proposed rule that was published in the June 14, 2010, Federal Register (75 FR 33534). The proposed rule inadvertently used the word ``or'' rather than ``and'' in the proposed amendment to Sec. 1000.15 paragraph (b)(1) that provides exceptions to the fluid milk product definition. This document corrects the proposed rule by revising that section and directs that a referendum be conducted on the proposed amendments in the corrected proposed rule.
Special Evaluation Assistance for Rural Communities and Households Program
The Rural Utilities Service (RUS) is issuing a regulation to establish the Special Evaluation Assistance for Rural Communities and Households (SEARCH) Program as authorized by Section 306(a)(2) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (CONACT) (7 U.S.C. 1926(a)(2)). The amendment added the new SEARCH grant program under which the Secretary is authorized to make predevelopment planning grants for feasibility studies, design assistance, and technical assistance to financially distressed communities in rural areas with populations of 2,500 or fewer inhabitants for water and waste disposal projects.

The Snohomish County Resource Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet in Everett, Washington on July 7, 2010. The committee is meeting to review and prioritize 2009/2010 Snohomish County RAC Project Proposals for funding.
