North Fork Powell River Watershed, Lee County, Virginia
Pursuant to Section 102(2)(C) of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969; the Council on Environmental Quality Guidelines (40 CFR Part 1500); and the Natural Resources Conservation Service Guidelines (7 CFR Part 650); the Natural Resources Conservation Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, gives notice that an Environmental Impact Statement is not being prepared for the North Fork Powell River Watershed in Lee County, Virginia.
Fremont and Winema Resource Advisory Committee
The Fremont and Winema Resource Advisory Committee will meet in Lakeview Oregon, for the purpose of evaluating and recommending resource management projects for funding in 2008, under the provisions of Title II of the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self- Determination Act of 2000 (as extended for 2008).
Notice of Meeting
Pursuant to authorities in the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-463) and the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self Determination Act of 2000 (Pub. L. 106-393), the Black Hills National Forest's Custer County Resource Advisory Committee will meet on Thursday, July 26, 2007 in Custer, South Dakota for a business meeting. The meeting is open to the public.
Privacy Act of 1974: New System of Records
The Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) proposes to add a system of records notice to its inventory of records systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended. This action is necessary to meet the requirements of the Privacy Act to publish in the Federal Register notice of the existence and character of records systems maintained by the agency (5 U.S.C. 552a(e)(4)).
