Notice of Public Meeting Northern New Mexico Resource Advisory Council, New Mexico
In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, and the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972, the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) Northern New Mexico Resource Advisory Council (RAC) will meet as indicated below.
Notice of Segregation of Public Lands for the Neptune Solar Project, Millard County, Utah
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is segregating 1,920 acres of public lands as part of the right-of-way (ROW) application for the Neptune Solar Project, from appropriation under the public land laws, including location under the Mining Law of 1872, but not the Mineral Leasing Act or Material Sales Act, for a period of 2 years from the date of publication of this notice, subject to valid existing rights. This segregation is to allow for the orderly administration of the public lands to facilitate consideration of development of renewable energy resources.
Notice of Proposed Withdrawal and Public Meeting, Upper Pecos River Watershed Protection Area Withdrawal, New Mexico
On behalf of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service (USFS), the Secretary of the Interior proposes to withdraw 163,483 acres of National Forest System lands and 1,327.16 acres of public lands from location and entry under the United States mining laws, and leasing under the mineral and geothermal leasing laws, subject to valid existing rights. The lands would remain open to disposals under the mineral materials laws.
